127-Moine Amer (Bitter Monk, Saison IPA)

 

Using Northern Brewer's Dead Ringer, all grain, with some of the hops shifted right and SafAle BE-134. Mash at 152 with 1.5 q/p

Hop schedule:
- All Centennial, ~10.5%
 - First Wort: 0.5oz
 - Boil, 20m (flavor): 1oz
 - Boil, 5m (finish): 1.5oz
 - Dry hop: 2oz

Per the maltos falcons, will use a similar fermentation schedule, only instead of waiting 3 days before raising the temperature, I will wait until between 30-50% of the gravity has dropped before ramping.
